The Red Barn at Outlook Farm is a post-and-beam barn on the grounds of the Links at Outlook golf course in South Berwick, with two working stone fireplaces and a covered veranda overlooking the course that's enclosed and heated from December through March. The venue runs year-round and takes both intimate gatherings of 75 and larger receptions up to 200 guests, split between a grand ballroom and an outdoor wedding garden with a gazebo. Catering is entirely in-house except for dessert, which comes from an outside baker; packages are all-inclusive with tables, chairs, linens, and a wedding coordinator. There's no lodging on-site, but the venue's sister property, the Stage House Inn one mile away, has 20 guest rooms, and the adjacent five-bedroom Nealley House can also be rented.
