A DIY-model wedding property in Newry's Sunday River valley, with views of six of the resort's eight peaks and a location bordering the Sunday River. Couples choose among three outdoor ceremony sites — Mountain-View Meadow, Pine Cathedral, or Apple Grove — and reception moves into a high-peak tent or the custom-built Breeze Barn, an open space for cocktail hour and dancing. Guest capacity tops out around 150. The venue works from three approved on-site caterers or will review outside caterers for approval, and allows couples to bring their own alcohol while requiring the included professional bar service. On-site lodging covers a farmhouse for up to 12 and a smaller suite. Ceremony-only packages run $2,495, and the full ceremony-and-reception package starts at $9,590, available spring through fall.
