Hidden Pond is a luxury woodland resort in Kennebunkport whose 2,200-square-foot Event Barn — white-washed and high-ceilinged, with one side almost entirely glass — seats up to 80 guests, or about 100 for cocktails. Larger weddings of up to 200 use a tented lawn beside the barn, keeping the barn itself for dancing or lounge space. This is a resort wedding, not a farm rental: catering runs in-house through the Earth at Hidden Pond restaurant with food-and-beverage minimums of $16,000–$25,000, weddings require booking blocks of the property's 56 rooms (a barn event requires 20 bungalows), and venue fees start at $35,000–$60,000 before rooms and catering. Full-property buyouts are limited to May, June, September, and October. A professional wedding planner is required.
