About this venue
Autumn Lane Estate is a modern barn venue on more than 20 acres overlooking Sebago Lake, with a private beach section and stone patio alongside the barn's open-floor-plan interior. The barn holds up to 200 guests, with an outdoor ceremony field and a side courtyard for cocktail hour. On-site lodging spans a couple's cottage, an estate house, guest cabins, and a beach cottage — accommodating roughly 50 guests across the property — plus a small resort area with a cafe, swim pond, and fire features. The base wedding package starts at $17,500 and does not include lodging or day-of coordination, both of which are required. Catering policy isn't published. As of mid-2026 the venue is booking into 2027, with limited 2026 dates remaining.
